This class format provides a place to come and be mindful of how the wounds of the past and present are carried in the body and gives tools for emotion-regulation in the presence of others who are pursuing their own healing.

It can feel hopeless at times, BUT I am here to tell you there is HOPE to becoming unstuck and to find healing!! Healing comes through connection in safe relationships, breath, mindfulness, movement and connection with our triune God.
