Meet Andrea Wittig
In my years of teaching yoga I have become quite passionate about helping people on their healing journey. I love coming along side someone and guiding them. I have experience in leading people in trauma sensitive yoga, breath coaching, mindfulness coaching, meditation, trauma recovery, somatics, energy healing, co-regulation, nervous system education and polyvagal education.
I enjoy working with people helping them learn to live safely in their body. I believe in equipping people with tools they can apply in their everyday life as they encounter stressors throughout their days. I get excited to educate and equip parents, teachers, coaches and therapists to teach the amazing benefits of yoga; breath, mindfulness, meditation, body posture and movement to the children and individuals they care for.
I have worked with students from ages 3 to 80 with many of my students struggling with different types of physical, spiritual, emotional and/or mental health issues. I have worked with students that have: ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, long COVID, chronic pain, various types of chronic diseases, spiritual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, verbal abuse, emotional disregulation struggles, sensory processing struggles, OCD, disassociation, CPTSD, and more.
