Deep Rest or Yoga Nidra is a practice that's effective at reducing stress and anxiety and can even help with insomnia. It is practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
Join in live Wednesdays 1:00pm-1:30pm or receive recording to practice anytime you want. May 3rd - May 31st - five 30 min practices.
