Deep Rest or Yoga Nidra is a practice that's effective at reducing stress and anxiety and can even help with insomnia. It is practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
Join in person Tuesdays at 7:30pm - 8:15pm or receive recording to practice anytime you want. April 25th - May 30th - five 45 min practices.
