Advent Series - in person
In this series we'll be preparing for the celebration of Christmas by meditating each week of advent. This class allows for more time in each posture & for deeper breathing to help bring about the relaxation response and really release the underlying tension deep in the joins and muscles. We will also end the restorative practice with a meditation.
Benefits of a restorative yoga practice; slows down the pace of life, calming to the nervous system (relax at the cellular level), deepens self awareness, creates mindfulness, notice where you hold stress.
Tuesdays at 7:30pm Nov 29th, Dec 6th, 13th & 20th.
You will also receive a recording of class each week incase you miss class and have access through Jan 1st 2023.
