Description: This is a nine week series featuring a one hour class each week, available in person, live on zoom, or sent to students via email to do at their convenience. Each class will include a deeper dive into the eight limbs of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and postures while being rooted in Christ.
Benefits of this series include a deeper understanding of your yoga practice and yoga philosophy, connection with the breath through multiple breathwork techniques, a greater body awareness, and increase flexibility.
This class is ideal for both a beginner looking to start their yoga practice with a firm foundation and a seasoned yoga student looking to dive deeper into their understanding and practice of yoga.
