This 30 min guided mindfulness practice helps one connect to and live fully in the present moment. We practice mindfulness and focused breathing with the option to use calming essential oils. This practice helps regulate and calm the body’s stress response. It teaches one to hold space for oneself no matter what one is experiencing. The goal of this practice is over time, one can begin to be self led & bring mindfulness into their daily life, approaching stressful situations in mindful manner.
