Zoom - Restorative Yoga for Grief Series
Grief and stress are stored in our bodies. Yoga helps us loosen emotional and physical tightness in our bodies caused by grief. It's also a way to find peace stability and healing.
In this practice will do some restorative postures and end the practice in meditation. No yoga knowledge required, all are welcome.
At this price point you can join in live over zoom or with the recording of the class anytime you want.
